The Philippine Community eCenter Network (PhilCeCNet) reaffirmed its commitment to digital inclusion and grassroots empowerment through its active participation in the recent Department of Information and Communication Technology – ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (DICT-ILCDB) Partnership Summit 2025. This was held on 24 June 2025 at Huawei Philippines Exhibit Hall, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

With the theme “Walang Iwanan sa Digital Bayanihan,” the summit seeks to convene government leaders, industry professionals, and academic institutions to promote collaboration in enhancing digital literacy and ICT competencies nationwide.

PhilCeCNet’s delegation included its president, Dr. Richard Amansec, and treasurer, Dr. Emely M. Amoloza. Their presence underscored the network’s strategic focus on community-centered digital transformation.

As the digital landscape rapidly evolves, PhilCeCNet’s participation in the Partner Summit underlines its strategic focus on community-driven digital development. Moving forward, the organization is committed to expanding its network, deepening its partnership with DICT and other stakeholders. Through these efforts, PhilCeCNet aims to build a digitally skilled, empowered, and resilient Philippines, ensuring that no one is left behind in the journey toward digital progress.
